Dr. (Col.) Vijay Langer is an MBBS graduate from the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune. He completed his MS and DNB (General Surgery) in 1998. He further completed his MCh in Plastic Surgery also from AFMC in the year 2005 and then was awarded a Gold Medal in DNB Plastic Surgery.
He was actively involved in treating the wounded soldier and his family for over two decades.
